Myrica esculenta, commonly known as Sohphie. It is one of the most famous wild delicacies which is found widely in Meghalaya. Sohphie marks the arrival of springtime in Meghalaya. This fruit is naturally sweet & tangy and tastes better when pickled. This Sohpie pickle has been made with local spices sourced from Meghalaya.
